Please read these terms carefully. They explain what KeysInsured does, what it doesn’t, and the rules for using the site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of keysinsured.com (the “Site”), operated by Conversions Media Limited, 11 Sanderling Court, Abinger Grove, London, SE8 5TE, United Kingdom (“KeysInsured”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site to request insurance quotes.

3. What KeysInsured does (and doesn't do)

KeysInsured is a free comparison and referral service. We help you find home insurance quote options by connecting you with insurance companies, licensed agents, brokers and other partners.

  • We are not an insurance company and do not issue, underwrite or bind insurance policies.
  • We do not provide insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Content on the Site, including our guides, is general information only.
  • Quotes, rates, eligibility, coverage and terms are determined solely by the insurance providers. We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, a particular rate, or any savings.
  • Any example prices or savings shown on the Site are illustrative. Your actual rates depend on your home, location, coverage, claims history and other underwriting factors.

4. How we're paid

The Site is free to use. We may receive compensation from insurance providers and marketing partners when you visit their sites, submit a request or purchase a product. This compensation may affect which providers are shown and in what order. We do not cover every insurance company or every product available.

5. Information you provide and being contacted

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that it belongs to you. If you submit a quote request on a form that includes a consent to be contacted, you agree to be contacted as described on that form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we use and share information.

6. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to and routes you to websites and forms operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information or information about another person without their permission, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping or harvesting data, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to KeysInsured and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYSINSURED AND ITS OPERATOR, AFFILIATES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeysInsured and its operator from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Site means you accept it.
